These terms apply to business inquiries and quotation requests submitted through JLR Upgrade, operated by Shenzhen Chehui Technology Co., Ltd.
Product Information
Jaguar Land Rover Android head unit compatibility, screen size, connector package, climate-control notes, retained OEM functions, memory configuration, packaging and accessories must be confirmed during the quotation process. Product photos and descriptions are provided for buyer review and may vary by vehicle year, trim, drive side and original dashboard configuration.
Quotations
Prices, MOQ, lead time, shipping method, warranty scope, packaging, private-label requirements and payment terms are confirmed in writing for each RFQ. A quotation is not final until both parties confirm the product version, quantity, destination and commercial terms.
Samples And Bulk Orders
Sample orders are used to validate fitment, software configuration, packaging and market requirements before bulk production. Bulk orders may require deposit, production scheduling, QC confirmation and shipment documentation.
Warranty And Support
Warranty and after-sales handling depend on the confirmed order terms. Support cases should include order details, product model, software version, photos or video evidence and a clear issue description.
